HUAYU DIANA Publisher is a web-based tool that enables registered users to connect their own TikTok accounts via OAuth and publish video content to TikTok. The Service acts as a publishing interface on behalf of the user.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service.
- You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- You must own or have the right to publish all content you upload.
- You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@huayu.ltd.
5. TikTok Authorization
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize the Service to publish videos to TikTok on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account from the Service or from your TikTok account settings.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not publish content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal material (violence, hate speech, nudity involving minors, etc.)
- Constitutes spam or deceptive practices
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for TikTok API outages, publishing failures due to TikTok-side issues, or content moderation decisions made by TikTok.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
